Welcome to Stagecoach Promotions’ new website.
We provide our guests with a choice of Line Dancing / Partner Dancing weekend breaks at carefully selected hotels in the South of England.
Lesley Coles is the owner and sole director of Stagecoach Promotions Limited. Her business background includes working in Personnel, Administration and Accounting roles over 40 years, plus 10 years in the Recruitment Agency business too. All the professional experience gained has helped towards ensuring that the Stagecoach Promotions business has solid foundations, excellent accounting and administrative systems and also offers the personal touch, with attention to detail throughout the booking process and at the events.
The weekends all have great live acts every evening and a super back-up team of DJs and Teachers. We reserve your seating in the ballrooms and dining rooms to ensure Groups are catered for and can be seated together. Private bookings are also welcomed of course and many people have met at events and formed lasting friendships over the years.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality events at the best venues where we can ensure our guests feel they are getting value for money at all times. The business has now been in operation for over 35 years, so we have a wealth of experience within this industry and pride ourselves on taking the time to ensure that the break you choose will suit your requirements.
TERMS
A £30 per person deposit secures your room booking and a receipt will be issued for any deposits paid. Deposits are non-refundable.
The balance of the booking amount (full price minus deposit paid) is payable 8 weeks before the event commencement date.
An invoice will be sent out around 12 weeks before the event.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by cheque.
Cancellations received up to 8 weeks before an event will result in loss of deposit only. Cancellations made during the final 8 weeks (after the balance has been paid) may result in balances being forfeited although in practice we would do everything we could to try to resell the room for you.
We always recommend that you secure Travel Insurance when booking, to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact your attendance. A full copy of our Terms and Conditions can be supplied if requested.
